FAQ

When should I get there?

If it’s your first class, we suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes early. Your coach will show you around the studio and let you know what to expect. If it’s your first spin class, they will set your bike up for you. Please note, if you are not early for a spin, it is within your coach’s abilities to turn you away if there is not ample time to get your bike safely situated.

What should I bring?

  • You should bring a good attitude! Cheesy, but really! We like to have fun in our classes. Additionally, wear shoes that are safe to work out in. A water bottle and a towel are not required but will help you make it through. We do have water stations to refill your water bottle and we have cups if you forget water.

    Do I need spin shoes?

Our bikes are compatible with SPD shoes. The other side of the pedal has a cage that any athletic shoe can slip into. Our bikes are not compatible with Delta clips and we do not offer shoe rentals. Without an athletic shoe or an SPD-compatible spin shoe, you will not be able to participate in a spin class.

    What is the age minimum?

All bees must be 16 years of age with or without a parent present.

Can I keep my phone with me?

We kindly ask that all personal belongings be kept in the provided cubbies. ESPECIALLY in the spin room. That screen is incredibly bright! Not only is it distracting to the bees around you, but it’s distracting to your coach as well.

  • How much does it cost?

Check out our “The Membership” page, but we have a few options depending on how long you’re looking to stay.

    1 month - $179

    4 month minimum - $159/month

    6 month minimum - $139/month

    1 year upfront - $1399/($119 per month)

    How does a membership work?

It’s easy. We don’t believe in much fine print. Your membership will give you unlimited access to all of our studios and all of our class times. Bootcamp, spin, yoga, you name it. You can take as many classes per month as you’d like. We also do not charge for class late cancellations or no-shows. You just need to cancel within 12 hours of your class to keep that spot open for other swarm members. (But if you need help with accountability, pretend we didn’t say that). Once your minimum commitment is complete, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis at the same rate you committed at.

How do I cancel my membership?

Awh, we’re sad to see you go! Shoot us an email at train@wellbeefitness.com and we will get you squared away. Note: we require a 1 month prior to your billing date to cancel.

When are classes available to book online?

All clients are able to book 1 week in advance.

    How does the waitlist work?

If you find yourself on the waitlist, hang tight. Make sure you have text notifications turned on in your account. You’ll receive a text when you are added to the waitlist. Don’t be afraid of the waitlist. Because we do not charge for late cancellations, fluctuations in the waitlist happen often.
